Printed Softshell fabric is made up of 2 layers, 2.5layers or 3 layers. The first layer can be 4 way stretch, mechanical stretch, pongee, taslon. Second layer also has many options like PU, TPU, TPE or ePTFE by different requirements. These membranes all have good waterproof and breathable. But normally we have a idea is that ePTFE>PU>TPE>TPU. The third layer also have many choices. The most common is micro polar fleece, mesh, interlock, jersey, etc.

Each one is designed to durably waterproof and maintain its performance after frequent washing and hard use.

Excellent windproof

We prevent the wind chill effect which occurs when the cold air penetrate your garment. With a wind speed of 30mph,a temperature 41F will feel like 17 F in short time. The higher wind speed, The lower temperature you will sense. Ours laminated fabric is 100% windproof and will keep you up to 2 times warmer than other technical fabric.

Strong Breathability

Our sportswear laminated fabric makes it come true ”perform better without sweat”. During sports activates, Human body releases over 4 cups of perspiration in an hour, and up to 17 cups during a world-class marathon. The excessive sweating can make you uncomfortable, and eventually becoming chilled. Our sportswear laminated fabric provides optimal breathability based on physical and chemical principal. The specific membrane contains 9 billion microscopic pores per inch, which are 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule, but 20000 times smaller than a water droplet. These microscopic pores greatly prevent the water penetration and allow water vapor to pass through.

The printing patterns can be our patterns and also you can provide your own designed patterns. We can accept small run printing by using digital printing method.
