Ripstop Nylons are woven with a strong thread that goes up and across the fabric forming squares that prevent tears from continuing once they start. This fabric is breathable and lightweight - yet provides excellent strength/durability. It’s also finished with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) which helps water bead up and roll off the fabric.

Made with 100%, 70 denier nylon fibers.70D (1.9oz) PU Nylon Ripstop fabric is woven in a thin,5MM ripstopweave style with a smooth, crisp texture. 70D PU Nylon Ripstop fabric features reinforced stitching every5MMto prevent ripping and tearing. Furthermore, 70D PU Nylon Ripstop is coated with an added layer of polyurethane to make this fabric waterproof under high pressure and resistant to abrasion. 70D PU Nylon Ripstop fabric is tested for 160,000 double rubs (ASTM 4966), meaning this fabric can withstand high-traffic and everyday use. Measuring60inches in width, 70D  PU Nylon Ripstop fabric has a65GSM, weighs approximately 4 ounces per linear yard, and is 0.13 millimeters thick.
